As a manufacturer and service provider of new energy components, our company actively carries out internal auditor training, injecting new vitality into our quality management. 

Firstly, let's get to know the IATF 16949 standard. IATF 16949 is a global automotive industry quality management system standard jointly formulated by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) and the ISO Technical Committee. Based on ISO 9001, it adds special requirements for the automotive industry such as supply chain management, risk management, product safety, and continuous improvement. By implementing IATF 16949, companies can improve product quality and customer satisfaction, thereby enhancing market competitiveness. 

Against this backdrop, in order to better adapt to market demands and improve core competitiveness, our company held an IATF16949 automotive quality management system internal auditor training from June 26 to 28, 2024. More than 20 employees from various departments within the company participated in this training, covering departments such as quality management, production, and technology.

This training session invited authoritative experts from the industry to teach. The content covered the requirements of the IATF 16949 standard, methods and techniques for internal audits, and special requirements for the automotive industry. The training format included theoretical explanations, case studies, interactive discussions, and other forms to ensure that participants could fully grasp the knowledge learned.

Participants expressed that this training deepened their understanding of the IATF 16949 standard and mastered the skills and methods of internal audits. One participant stated: "Through this training, I understood the importance of internal audits and learned how to identify and solve problems. I believe this will have a positive impact on our work."

After the training, the company assessed the participants to ensure they possessed the necessary skills and knowledge required for internal auditors. After strict evaluation, all participants successfully passed the assessment and became internal auditors of the company. They will be responsible for conducting internal audits on the operation of the company's quality management system in future work, ensuring continuous compliance with the requirements of IATF 16949.

Becoming an internal auditor does not mean the end of training; the company also developed a continuous training plan for internal auditors to keep up with the development trends of quality management and continuously improve their capabilities. Additionally, the company encourages internal auditors to actively participate in external training and exchange activities, sharing experiences and best practices with internal auditors from other enterprises.

Through this internal auditor training, the company's level of quality management has been further enhanced. The addition of internal auditors allows the company to better self-monitor and improve, ensuring the effective operation of the quality management system.
